Selected recipients receive an IBS Expo+Education Pass, travel stipend, hotel accommodations, and access to education, networking, industry trends, and new products at the International Builders' Show in Las Vegas February 2-4, 2027.

NAHB/Wells Fargo HMI reflects continued affordability pressure across the housing market
Builder confidence fell to 34 in July as affordability challenges, elevated mortgage rates, high land costs, rising material prices, and labor shortages continue to weigh on the market. NAHB reports sentiment has remained below 40 for 15 straight months, the longest stretch since 2012.
