CWHBA Member Application Form

Please select the most applicable membership type and complete the following fields. Each organization will receive one individual member on record, and any additional employees or representatives may be added as affiliate members following approval. Please use the business name on record with the State of Washington licensing agency to help ease the approval process.

Approval Process

By submitting this application, you acknowledge that your membership will be reviewed by the board of directors during the next available review period (typically once monthly). Once approved, you will be notified via email and given more information about benefits, accessing the member portal, and other interest areas.

Affiliate Location

For additional branch offices or business locations operating under the same parent company.

Location Affiliates extend membership to another physical business location under the same ownership. Each affiliate location may designate its own representative and receive member communications and access to benefits.

Affiliate Locations are not standalone memberships and must be tied to an active Builder or Associate Member business in good standing.

Associate

Select Level

Any allied trade, industry, or profession who is properly licensed to conduct business in the State of Washington.

Builder

Select Level

Any person,firm or corporation licensed and bonded as an active general contractor in building or rebuilding homes, apartments, schools, commercial, industrial, or other structures normally related and appurtenant to a community.
