2026 BAR Awards Nominations

The Builder, Associate, and Remodeler of the Year awards recognize members who have shown exceptional skill, dedication, and leadership in the residential construction industry and have contributed significantly to the CWHBA. Your nominations help us celebrate those who’ve made a positive impact. 

Award winners will be announced at the Annual Awards & Board Installation Event on January 21, 2027, celebrating CWHBA!

Builder of the Year Nomination
A Builder Member is licensed and bonded as an active contractor in the business of building homes, apartments, schools, commercial, industrial, or other structures normally related and appurtenant to a community.

Please include any special acknowledgment to the excellence in their field, admirable accomplishments, contributions to the community, and/or the association and homebuilding industry promotion.

Associate Member of the Year Nomination
An Associate Member is any person, firm, or corporation engaged in any allied trade, industry, or profession within the territorial jurisdiction of the association.

Please include any special acknowledgment to the excellence in their field, admirable accomplishments, contributions to the community, and/or the association and homebuilding industry promotion.

Remodeler of the Year Nomination
A Remodeler is a Builder Member that is licensed and bonded as an active contractor in the business of rebuilding homes.

Please include any special acknowledgment to the excellence in their field, admirable accomplishments, contributions to the community, and/or the association and homebuilding industry promotion.

Rookie of the Year Nomination
A Rookie member is someone who has been a member of the Association for less than 2 years.

Please include any special acknowledgment of the excellence in their field, admirable accomplishments, contributions to the community, and/or the promotion of the association and homebuilding industry.

Young Professional of the Year Nomination
A Young Professional is any member under 45 and this award recognizes young professionals who have dedicated their time, effort and careers to advancing the home building industry.

Include any special acknowledgment of the excellence in their field, admirable accomplishments, contributions to the community, and/or the promotion of the association and homebuilding industry.

Volunteer of the Year
A Volunteer member is any individual who has dedicated their time to help with various events throughout the year.
