Key Deadlines for 2027 International Builders Show
Mark the registration and hotel dates that matter before the February show.
The 2027 NAHB International Builders’ Show takes place Feb. 2–4 in Las Vegas. Members planning to attend should mark several upcoming registration and hotel deadlines.
Early registration pricing runs from Oct. 1 through Dec. 11, 2026. During this period, an NAHB-member Expo Pass costs $80 and an Expo+Education Pass costs $625. Eligible first-time NAHB-member attendees can purchase an Expo+Education Pass for $195.
Regular registration pricing applies from Dec. 12, 2026, through Jan. 30, 2027. NAHB-member rates increase to $160 for an Expo Pass and $725 for an Expo+Education Pass. Onsite member rates are $215 and $825, respectively. All fees are subject to change.
Members should also plan ahead for accommodations:
- Dec. 3, 2026: Deadline to reserve rooms within an HBA room block.
- Dec. 17, 2026: Unreserved HBA room-block inventory may be released.
- Jan. 11, 2027: General IBS room-block deadline.
- Feb. 2–4, 2027: IBS takes place in Las Vegas.
Registration provides access to both the IBS and Kitchen & Bath Industry Show exhibit floors. The Expo+Education Pass also includes more than 120 education sessions and access to recorded sessions after the show.
