Energy Code Update
SBCC energy code CR-102s open for public comment.
The Washington State Building Code Council has filed a CR-102 (WSR 26-14-100) for proposed rule making with the Washington State Register. The filing addresses rulemaking in WAC 51-11C for the adoption and amendment of the 2024 Washington State Energy Code: Commercial Provisions.
Preliminary Cost Benefit Analysis
The public comment period will be open from July 1, 2026 through August 7, 2026. Please submit comments using the contacts below.
