Presented by the Central Washington Home Builders Association (CWHBA) in collaboration with Building North Central Washington (BNCW).
Join us for our second annual bus tour designed to strengthen partnerships between builders, local jurisdictions, and community leaders. The Builders Blueprint Bus Tour offers city and county staff, elected officials, and industry professionals a close-up look at the development process—from planning to completion.
🛠️ What to Expect:
Guided Bus Tour: Visit 4–5 development sites across Chelan-Douglas Counties, each representing a unique stage in the building process.
Builder Spotlights at Each Stop - Where you will learn about:
- Site and project goals
- Design and construction highlights
- Success stories and innovation
- Barriers, regulatory hurdles, and lessons learned
- Opportunities to streamline collaboration between agencies and builders
Lunch & Wrap-Up Discussion: The tour will conclude with lunch and continued conversation, providing space for reflection and solution-oriented dialogue.
