Complimentary In-Person Notary Services

Need a document notarized? CWHBA members have access to complimentary in-person notary services through the association at our main office 3301 W Nob Hill Blvd Yakima, WA 98902. Whether for business, licensing, contracts, or other official documents, this member benefit is here to help simplify the process.

Notary services are currently available in-person only and must be scheduled in advance based on staff availability.

What to Bring to Your Appointment

Please bring the following items to your appointment:

• A current government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license or state-issued ID.
• An expired government-issued photo ID may be accepted if it expired within the last three years.
• A fully completed, unsigned original document.
• The document must have no blank spaces.
• The name on the document must match the name on the identification provided.

If multiple people are required to sign the document, all signers must be present at the appointment.
