The stage is set for an evening celebrating the people who build our community! Join us at 4th Street Theatre as we shine a spotlight on the talent, dedication and partnerships that make Central Washington’s homebuilding industry thrive.

Members, non-members, subcontractors, suppliers, family and friends are invited to enjoy dinner, connect with great company and give our industry’s outstanding members a well-deserved standing ovation. With vintage theater charm and a warm supper-club atmosphere, it’s the perfect occasion to dress up and celebrate together.

In the spotlight:

• A look back at CWHBA’s achievements and memorable moments from 2026
• Presentation of the 2026 Builder, Associate and Remodeler of the Year Awards
  • Submit your Nominations by December 14th! Someone with outstanding craftsmanship and skill, dedication and leadership, and who has contributed to CWHBA and our community.
• Installation of the incoming 2027 Board of Directors
• A toast to our members, our community and CWHBA’s next act
