Owner, Eric G Miller has extensive background and experience in home building. Many years spent in Kitchen Design and Cabinet Sales, and later full charge Supervisor of a Tri-Cities contractor organizing every detail of the 85 Custom Homes he built over five years. This enterprise is now his, with a focus on Accessibility, Age-in-Place, and strong, burn proof, low maintenance ADUs and Single Family Residences.

Building with Insulated Concrete Forms, (ICF), provides highly energy efficient, Quiet, long lasting, sustainable structures. Clad in concrete based siding with metal roofing makes them far less likely to catch fire than wood based siding and comp roofs, plus it keeps maintenance very low. ADUs will generally use insulated slab floors that can be either colored and polished, or have flooring laid over. Again, quiet, strong, no squeaking, and comfortable enough to go stocking footed year round. Thoughtful plans with generous, ergonomic kitchens, laundry room, storage, larger than average bathrooms, and some covered outside space in the form of front porches and/or back patios are attributes of good plans. Plus all ADUs and custom homes will have a 3' 6" wide entry door, and full 3' wide interior doors for comfort, and the ability to get around in a wheelchair or scooter if needed.
