Does your business involve renovating, repairing, or painting structures built before 1978? Ensure your work complies with the EPA’s Lead-Based Paint Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) program! This initial Certified Lead Renovator all-day class will give your business the RRP certification needed to comply with the RRP Program. We bring a blend of easy compliance, practical application, and accurate answers to your questions. In addition to the EPA curriculum, we will provide valuable insights on how L&I views lead-related work, along with other free resources to help your company stay in compliance. 

Renewal is required every five years. If you renew through an online program, renewal is required every three years. Instructor: Northwest Independent Contractors Association

The Building Industry Association of Washington hosts the class, which is held at our office in Yakima.

If you haven't already before, you likely will need to sign up for a free BIAW account to access the registration process. Notes: Name, home address, and birth date are required at registration. Seating is limited, so be sure to register as soon as possible.
