Young Professionals Volunteer with Habitat

CWHBA’s Young Professional Council recently put its time and talents to work at the Habitat Store in Yakima.

Council members worked alongside Habitat’s Construction team on Store renovations and improvements. Donations and purchases at the Habitat Store generate revenue that supports Habitat’s mission and programs throughout Yakima County.

Following a productive morning, the group gathered for lunch and a presentation from Executive Director Meloney Rosen. Members learned more about Habitat’s work and the important role volunteers and community partners play in advancing its mission.

Thank you to the Young Professional Council members who rolled up their sleeves, strengthened community connections, and represented CWHBA through service.
