Conference Room Access for Members

As a valued Central Washington Home Builders Association (CWHBA) member, you can access our conference spaces for business meetings, presentations, and collaborative discussions. 

We offer two options:

  • General Conference Room(12 Max)Complimentary for members; ideal for team meetings/networking. 
    • Large conference table
    • High-speed internet
    • A/V capabilities (TV projection, HDMI input, conference video call)
    • Whiteboard
  • Private Consultation Room – (5 Max) An enclosed, office-style space for exclusive member use.
    • Couch, Two Chairs, Working Desk
    • High-speed internet
    • Phone for virtual meetings
    • Limited A/V capabilities include display monitor

Both spaces include high-speed internet and A/V capabilities for a professional meeting environment. 

  • Standard Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • After-Hours Use: Requires special approval with at least five business days' notice. 
  • Advance Booking Notice: A minimum of 48 hours in advance is required for standard bookings.
  • Same-Day Requests: Subject to availability but not guaranteed.

To ensure a professional and well-maintained space for all members, the following rules apply when using the CWHBA conference rooms:

  • Cleanliness & Condition – Members must leave the conference room clean and orderly after use.
  • Liability for Damages – The reserving member is responsible for any damages to the facility, furniture, or equipment during their booking.
  • Cancellation Policy – Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before allowing other members to utilize the space.
  • Room Reset Requirement – All A/V equipment and furniture must be returned to their original condition before leaving.
  • No-Show & Policy Violations – Repeated no-shows or failure to follow these policies may result in limited booking privileges for future reservations.
