Builder Fees
- $2,500 Early Bird Rate (Before April 3)
- $2,750 Standard Home Entry (After April 3)
- $1,500 Additional Home Entry (Add-on)
- $1,500 Chefs on Tour (Add-on)
Up to $500 of the Standard Home Entry fee may be rebated back to the participating builder based on timely completion of required deadlines and full participation in the Tour of Homes™. Rebates are evaluated after the event and are dependent on meeting all participation requirements and Tour guidelines. Failure to meet deadlines or participation expectations may impact rebate eligibility.
