The 2021 Washington State Building and Energy Codes took effect on March 15, 2024. This course will briefly cover the most significant changes in the IRC and IMC, with most time spent on how to comply with the new energy code.

The Building Industry Association of Washington hosts the class, which is held at our office in Yakima.

If you haven't already before, you likely will need to sign up for a free BIAW account to access the registration process. Notes: Name, home address, and birth date are required at registration. Seating is limited, so be sure to register as soon as possible. Please bring lunch, snacks, and beverages.
