CNGC Commercial Energy Rebates

Eligible Washington businesses can lower the cost of facility improvements through Cascade Natural Gas commercial and industrial rebates. Many incentive amounts increased for qualifying projects installed on or after March 15, 2026.

Available incentives cover eligible heating equipment, food-service equipment, windows and insulation, hot-water systems, and other energy-saving improvements. Custom incentives may also be available for projects such as roof insulation, heat recovery, controls, retro-commissioning, and steam plant upgrades.

The program is available to new or existing Cascade Natural Gas commercial and industrial customers on qualifying rate schedules 504, 505, 511, 570, or 577. Additional fuel-use and equipment requirements apply, and some measures require preapproval. Businesses should confirm eligibility before beginning work and submit a complete application with the required invoices and documentation within 90 days of final installation.
