Builders Blueprint Bus Tour Brings Housing Conversations to the Job Site
Industry and community leaders explored housing opportunities and challenges across the Wenatchee Valley.

The tour brought together builders, developers, local elected officials, city and county staff, housing advocates, and industry partners to visit eight active housing projects throughout the Wenatchee Valley. Seeing these projects firsthand sparked meaningful conversations about the opportunities and challenges of building homes in our region, including permitting, infrastructure, housing affordability, and innovative development.
