Love bringing people, plans, and big ideas together? The Central Washington Home Builders Association (CWHBA) is looking for an organized, creative, and relationship-driven Event Manager to help bring some of Central Washington's most exciting industry and community events to life!

From Dozer Day and the Tour of Homes to golf tournaments, industry celebrations, and member gatherings, our events do more than fill calendars. They connect businesses, strengthen relationships, and celebrate the people who build our communities.

The Opportunity

We're a small, collaborative team with big goals and meaningful work. Our Event Manager takes ownership of assigned events, balancing creativity with organization, financial responsibility, and thoughtful execution.

In this role, you'll:

• Plan & Produce: Lead event planning, logistics, schedules, budgets, and on-site execution.
• Connect & Collaborate: Coordinate sponsors, vendors, volunteers, committees, and community partners.
• Create & Communicate: Develop event promotions, graphics, marketing materials, and attendee communications.
• Manage & Measure: Track event performance, manage resources, evaluate outcomes, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Problem-Solve & Lead: Make sound decisions, communicate proactively, and keep projects moving while collaborating with the broader team.

• Experience managing events, projects, budgets, and competing priorities.

• Creativity, adaptability, and a solutions-focused approach.
• Comfort with digital tools, marketing, and event technology.

Three or more years of relevant experience is preferred, but we value demonstrated ability, sound judgment, and a willingness to grow.
