Join Ecological Land Services for a one-hour Lunch and Learn discussion designed to help you navigate the complex world of critical areas permitting in Washington State. With a regional focus in central Washington, this seminar will walk you through:

• Where to start
• Common regulations for wetlands, streams, shrub-steppe, and other priority habitats
• Which agencies have jurisdiction
• Key requirements under SEPA, Sections 401 & 404 of the Clean Water Act, and local Critical Areas Ordinances
• How long the process typically takes and what to expect along the way

In addition to a free lunch, participants will also gain insight into mitigation requirements, buffer standards, and how to coordinate with the US Army Corps of Engineers, WA Department of Ecology, and local planning departments.
