RJS Construction, Inc. is a Woman/Native American Owned Small Business, SDB, WOSB full-service general contractor founded in 1990 by Shannon & Richard Sevigny. For over 34 years, RJS has successfully delivered general and design-build construction projects across the Western United States. Our reputation  is built on the quality of our construction services and ability to develop and maintain  solid client relationships.
