Instructions

This application is for businesses or individuals whose CWHBA membership has lapsed and who are seeking to renew and return to active status.

Completion of this form allows us to:

Confirm current business and contact information
Verify eligibility for CWHBA programs that require active membership
Align records across our systems for accurate renewal processing

Submission of this application does not automatically reinstate membership. Membership status will be restored upon completion of renewal requirements, including payment of any outstanding dues.

Additional Location $100 Annually

For additional branch offices or business locations operating under the same parent company.

Additional location membership extends member benefits to another physical business location under the same ownership. Each affiliate location may designate its own representative and receive member communications and access to benefits.

Locations are not standalone memberships and must be tied to an active Builder or Associate Member business in good standing.

Associate $599 Annually + Price of Level Selected (Price Range: $0 - $200 Annually)

Any allied trade, industry, or profession who is properly licensed to conduct business in the State of Washington.

Builder $599 Annually + Price of Level Selected (Price Range: $0 - $200 Annually)

Select Level

Any person,firm or corporation licensed and bonded as an active general contractor in building or rebuilding homes, apartments, schools, commercial, industrial, or other structures normally related and appurtenant to a community.
