You’re almost there—this is the final step to officially participate in the Central Washington Tour of Homes!

Please upload your Certificate of Occupancy and Certificate of Insurance so we can confirm your home is ready to welcome the public.

Submit this form by September 11th for your final $100 refund of your participation registration!

Builders must upload a Certificate of Occupancy confirming the home is complete and approved for occupancy. Homes must be safe, presentable, and no construction may take place during public Tour hours—homes not completed in time may be removed from the event and subject to penalties.

Builders must provide a valid Certificate of Insurance showing $1,000,000 general liability coverage, listing CWHBA as additional insured, and covering the Tour dates September 19–20, 2026. Failure to submit by the deadline may result in disqualification.
