2026 ROII Pickup Authorization
We know every dollar counts, and CWHBA is working to get refund checks to eligible participants as quickly as possible. We expect to receive individual participant refund totals early next week and will follow up with you then.
1. CWHBA membership must be current and in good standing, as of May 31, 2026, to remain eligible to recevied any refund or continue participation in the program.

2. The first and ONLY scheduled pickup opportunity will be at the 2026 CWHBA Golf Classic.

Apple Tree Golf Resort, Yakima
9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- This event is nearly SOLD OUT, but you don't have to play to stop and get your refund.
- Checks will be available for non-players to pickup once the event begins 9 AM - 12 PM
- ROII program pickup will be stationed at the Tee Box of Hole #1 at the course.
- As in years past, participants will be required to show ID and sign off confirming the check received so we can ensure checks are distributed appropriately.
- 📬 Otherwise, eligible member refund checks will be mailed no later than Tuesday, May 26, 2026.
Please note: some participating companies may not be eligible for refunds and CWHBA will direct eligibility-related inquiries directly to ROII.
