2026 CWHBA Foundation -- Grant Application

Applications must be submitted by 11:59 pm PDT on March 31, 2026.

The Central Washington Home Builders Association (CWHBA) is proud to support the next generation of professionals in the residential construction industry. We are dedicated to fostering skill development and education within our service counties. This year, we are offering one organization grant and six individual scholarships to students pursuing construction-related programs.

Grant Award

Organization Grant: One grant of $2,500 awarded to a qualifying construction program or organization.

Eligibility Criteria

The application must be submitted by an authorized representative of the construction program or organization.
The program must be conducted in these same counties: Yakima, Kittitas, Klickitat, Okanogan, Chelan, or Douglas.
The aim of the program or request will benefit, equip, educate, or teach students pursuing construction-related careers.

Application Requirements

Completed application form.
For organizations applying for the grant, a detailed proposal outlining how the funds will benefit students in construction programs must be included.
Submission Deadline: All applications must be submitted by 11:59 pm PDT on March 31, 2026.

Selection Process

After April 1, 2026, applications will be reviewed by a committee appointed by the CWHBA Foundation Board of Directors.
Recipients will be selected based on merit, financial need, and the potential impact of their proposed use of the funds.
