Join us for the annual Central Washington Tour of Homes™, a premier showcase of residential excellence across Central Washington. This highly anticipated event brings together builders, attendees, and sponsors to celebrate the best in home design, innovation, and community living.

Builders:

The Tour of Homes™ is your stage to shine. This is your opportunity to put your craft front and center—demonstrating the creativity, quality, and attention to detail that defines your work. Meet with prospective clients, generate qualified leads, and gain recognition from industry professionals and the public. Participating in the Tour isn’t just about visibility but building your brand.

👉 Builders register as exhibitors to showcase one or more homes in the Tour.

Pricing

Builder Fees 

  • $2,500 Early Bird Rate (Before April 3)
  • $2,750 Standard Home Entry (After April 3)
  • $1,500 Additional Home Entry (Add-on)
  • $1,500 Chefs on Tour (Add-on)

Up to $500 of the Standard Home Entry fee may be rebated back to the participating builder based on timely completion of required deadlines and full participation in the Tour of Homes™. Rebates are evaluated after the event and are dependent on meeting all participation requirements and Tour guidelines. Failure to meet deadlines or participation expectations may impact rebate eligibility.
